Pioneers for Change is not a typical seminar. It’s intimate, independent and experiential, offering a chance to learn, plan and create a personal journey map that will be personal to you and leave the world a better place. There are masterclasses, interactive discussions, storytelling, creativity, imaginative engagement and the opportunity to forge long lasting friendships. We’ll have lots of breaks and time to get to know each other. We’ll work individually, in small groups and collectively. You’ll feel welcomed and comfortable. We’ll work intensively and have fun.
We will provide the expertise, connections and support to help you strategically and effectively, pursue personal goals and make the world a better place. We’ll spend 2 days at the London residential providing the opportunity to step back and access intelligent, independent and creative thinking to manifest a journey plan. In the following 6 months, with the support of your personally appointed mentor, coach and fellow Pioneers, you will pursue your goals and take the steps needed to make your plan come to life.
All paid places are non-refundable. You may however, transfer the place to an Adessy vetted individual of your choice for a £100 fee up to 30 days prior to the London residential.
All participants are asked to adhere to a no fundraising and no solicitation ethic throughout the programme. This firm policy is in the interests of offering an independent environment, and extends to all partners involved in the programme, including facilitators, mentors, coaches, speakers and sponsors.
Predominantly with participant fees, and the generous donation of time by many of our voluntary speakers and mentors. Partners offer their services and expertise to the programme on a cost price or voluntary basis.
Just contact us and we will be in touch to arrange a brief chat. We will also require a completed application form, which includes a number of key questions to help us understand your objectives and desired outcomes for attending. This will help us to match you with a complimentary Mentor and Coach.
All potential participants are vetted to ensure the caliber and dynamic of participants facilitates a trusted, learning environment. This includes a short written application and referee. Participants are capped to a maximum of 50 individuals each year.
All participants should arrive at The Brigade venue at 08:00 on Monday 23rd March 2015.
Check-in at The Hilton London Tower Bridge can take place before or after the Conversation Dinner.
For international participants, we will provide information for accommodation choices in the local area. You are responsible for arranging and paying your own accommodation.
We want you to be comfortable and suggest Business Casual attire. There is no requirement to dress up for the Conversation Dinner.
Time is scheduled for generous lunch breaks and in the evening before the Conversation Dinner. A detailed programme will be shared with participants in advance.
